Hello, You.
The four numbers that make you who you are aren't labels. They are layers — different angles on the same person. Read them like chapters of a single book.

About the assessment and sources
ECR-RS · Fraley, Heffernan, Vicary & Brumbaugh (2011). Two dimensions, on a 1–7 scale. Avoidance: average of items 1–6, reversing 1–4. Anxiety: average of items 7–9.
The Romanian wording is an app translation without confirmed Romanian psychometric validation. A tool for self-reflection, not a diagnosis.
The interpretation uses the scale midpoint (4) as an illustrative reference, with a ±0.5 transition band. These are not clinical cutoffs. Patterns can differ across relationships and over time. The two dimensions combine into four styles (secure, anxious, avoidant, fearful) and the hybrids between them; a hybrid appears when one dimension is in the transition band.
How close your position is to each corner of the map. A geometric calculation by the app, not a probability or a diagnosis. Fearful means anxious-avoidant.
